Delete your data. What we hold, and how to remove it.

Data on your phone

Your settings, story progress, Koin and Gems, unlocked heroes and looks are stored only on your device. Uninstall the app to delete all of it.

Request deletion of data we hold

  1. Email sonnylazuardi@gmail.com with the subject "GEMA data deletion".
  2. Include the player name you used online (if any) and your device type (Android or iPhone).
  3. We confirm by email and delete the data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your online guest identifier and player name.
  • Analytics events tied to your install identifier (PostHog).

What is kept

  • Purchase records are kept by Google Play or Apple as required for billing and tax; we do not hold payment details.
  • Ad data collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google's policies; you can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
